Refund Policy

As long as the order is not activated, or the cancellation request was submitted at least 48h before the renewal billing due date, you may be eligible for a full refund.

As long as the order is not activated and as long as it is not on a request cancellation that has been less than 48h of the renewal billing due date, we can offer a full refund if you have requested it.

Otherwise, all active accounts are no longer refundable.

In case we have an issue from our server (for example, an outage fully on our side) we can partially refund you for the remaining period of time you have still not used — from the current moment until the due date.

Thanks for understanding.

How to request a refund?

  • Contact our billing team at [email protected].
  • Include your business name, order ID, and the email used for purchase.
  • If it is within the allowed timeframe, we will process the refund back to the original payment method.

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purposes, including payment abuse, card testing, or reselling without authorization.

4. Payments

By submitting payment information, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge the amount indicated. Recurring subscriptions will renew automatically until canceled.
